01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "ps777" refers to the online gaming platform operating at ps777.ws, its parent entity, subsidiaries, and affiliated operators acting under the same international gaming licence.
• "Player" or "You" means any registered user of the ps777 platform who has accepted these Terms by completing the registration process.
• "Account" means the unique PKR-denominated player account created upon successful registration and identity verification on the ps777 platform.
• "Funds" means any Pakistani Rupee balance held within a Player's Account, including deposited cash, converted bonus funds, and winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or matched deposit credit awarded to a Player subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be withdrawn as real money.

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ps777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and ps777. 03 Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register a ps777 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the ps777 platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ps777 is lawful in your country or territory of residence.
• You are registering only one Account in your own true name. The use of pseudonyms, false identities, or third-party details is strictly prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of ps777 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or in concert with, any third party for the purpose of circumventing any restriction set out in these Terms.

ps777 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee the availability of all Services to all players; access to certain features may be restricted based on jurisdiction, verification status, or other compliance factors.

04 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. ps777 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

You are fully liable for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have promptly notified ps777 of any suspected unauthorised access. Notification must be sent immediately upon becoming aware of any such unauthorised use by contacting our support team at [email protected].

You are required to keep the personal information associated with your Account accurate and up to date at all times. Outdated contact details — particularly an email address that is no longer active — may prevent ps777 from communicating important account notices to you, and ps777 accepts no liability for any resulting loss.

You must not allow any other person to use your Account. Each Account is personal and non-transferable. Allowing another individual to place bets, make deposits, or perform any other action on your Account constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension or permanent closure of the Account.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the ps777 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ps777 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and debit card. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal thresholds vary by method and are displayed on the cashier page.

Deposits are credited to your ps777 Account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Wallet deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically reflect within seconds. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on inter-bank processing times outside ps777's control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to fund the Account, or to a verified bank account in the Account holder's own name. ps777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before processing a first withdrawal, ps777 may require completion of the full KYC verification process.

ps777 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, ps777 will notify the affected player and may request additional documentation before releasing the funds.

• Deposits are processed in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa; 1–2 business days for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within the same business day upon approval.
• ps777 does not charge internal transaction fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• All withdrawals are subject to a minimum wagering of the deposited amount at least once on real-money games before withdrawal eligibility is established, unless stated otherwise.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, after which unmet bonus funds will expire and be removed from the Account.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ps777 are subject to the specific game rules, sportsbook rules, and any applicable market rules displayed within the platform at the time of placing the bet. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules for that game or market.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the ps777 system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player except where expressly permitted by specific game or market rules. ps777 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a system error, pricing error, or manifest mistake, and will refund the stake amount to the player's Account in such circumstances.

For cricket and other sports markets, ps777's sportsbook rules govern the settlement of all open bets in the event of match postponement, abandonment, or other extraordinary circumstances. Players are encouraged to review the sportsbook rules page prior to placing wagers on live events.

ps777 applies maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits that vary by game type, market, and player account tier. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. Bets exceeding applicable limits may be reduced or declined without notice.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ps777 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Funds held in the Account at ps777's sole discretion:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting any third party in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with ps777.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to exploit any aspect of the ps777 platform.

• Conducting or facilitating any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the ps777 platform.

• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith, or otherwise exploiting the payment dispute process to obtain a financial advantage.
• Using the ps777 platform in any manner that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

09 Responsible Gaming

ps777 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, accessible directly from the Account settings menu without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will be logged out automatically when the limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing the amount of time you have spent on the platform during a session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period your Account cannot be accessed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ps777 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ps777 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, sound effects, text, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of ps777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any ps777 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ps777 content without the prior written consent of ps777. Unauthorised use of ps777 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

Game software and content supplied by third-party providers on the ps777 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. Use of such content is subject to the provider's own licence terms in addition to these Terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ps777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ps777 platform or Services. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — and even if ps777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ps777's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by ps777's negligence.

ps777 does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, be free of errors, or be free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party infrastructure outages may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Services. ps777 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

ps777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ps777 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• There is suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct associated with your Account.
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Your Account is being used by a person other than the registered Account holder.
• You have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute that ps777 considers to be made in bad faith.
• Your continued use of the platform poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to ps777.

In the event of Account closure for breach of these Terms, ps777 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a material breach, ps777 reserves the right to forfeit such balance. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimately held balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within 10 business days.

Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two business days, and any available balance will be paid out to the player's verified payment method subject to standard KYC clearance.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ps777 may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ps777 will provide notice via one or more of the following channels: email notification to your registered address, a prominent notice upon login to the platform, or a dated update to this page.

Where ps777 determines that a change is non-material — such as a correction of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates necessitated by regulatory changes — the change may take effect immediately without individual notification. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ps777 platform.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, and where the applicable licensing framework provides for an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanism, you may refer the matter to the designated ADR body in accordance with the procedures prescribed by ps777's licensing authority.
